This past week I had the coolest experience ever!!! I flew a military, space-available hop back to the states to house hunt and check out the Shaw AFB area. Flying space-a is very exciting! It’s almost like a game; you’re competing against everyone else to get a precious seat on the most uncomfortable plane ever!! It’s loud (you wear ear plugs the entire time), you sit in jump seats around the edge of the plane, there’s no movies, and there’s no food cart that serves you warm meals and drinks. But, it’s sooooo cool because you are riding with army guys who are coming home from the desert waiting to see their family. And…it’s a free trip to the states!! Can’t beat that!
