On Oct 1st Sean pinned on Major!! It was so fun to attend the ceremony and help him celebrate. Caroline, RJ and I are so proud!
Caroline was really excited to be a part of the ceremony too. Sean let her remove the Captain's rank to reveal the new Major's rank. Then during his speech, she decided that she wanted to "talk to daddy's friends", so she got on stage and started singing the ABCs to everyone! Sean quickly ended his speech and let her have the stage! Here's the progression of the ceremony:
