Happy New Year!!

No, I didn't fall off the face of the earth! I know it's been a while since I posted anything, and my Christmas background was up WAY too long, but I've been much to busy to sit down long enough to change it!!

We made it to Texas!! After 2 days of driving, with 2 cars, 2 dogs, a baby and a ton of stuff, we made it to Houston on Christmas Eve. Just in time to jump right in on the Christmas festivities that lasted a few days past Dec 25th. We had a blast opening presents, visiting with tons of family, and enjoying Caroline's first Christmas! The holidays were a blur and we are finally settling in. Caroline and I in Houston with my parents, and Sean in Vegas for Weapons School. He had his first day yesterday and I can tell he's really excited about it. They start flying next week and I know he will have some great stories to share.

Caroline and I are being completely spoiled here with my parents. She's getting tons of attention and I have the luxury of going for a walk or to Target by myself after she goes to bed (yes, Target is right around the corner and I go ALL the time!! I know all of you in Sumter are totally jealous. ). Our house is safe in Sumter and our good friend is house sitting for us while we are in Houston for a few months. In all the moving around my camera battery charger decided to make the trip to Vegas while my camera stayed in Houston, so I am not able to download any of my pictures at this time! As soon as I get it back I will post some of our great Christmas pictures. Happy New Year to everyone!
